This is the finale of the Chess franchise. After centuries of war, the Kings can't even remember what they're fighting for anymore. With the loss of the Pink Queen, her King went searching for his mortal enemy.

When Green found Pink in his castle, he thought the meeting could only end in bloodshed. To his surprise though, the two Kings -- although still keeping their distance -- seemed to have a lot in common. Slowly they developed a shaky bond, and across seasons it bloomed into a romance. One Spring night, kept in by the pouring rain, the Green King made a shocking proposal: we should end the war.

Pink knew however, that it wouldn't be as easy as a truce. Over the years the twin armies had morphed into something beyond humanity, only fueled by their hatred of the enemy and love for battle. When Pink revealed his plan, it left Green shaking. The only hope for peace was to slaughter their own soldiers. All of them.
